Illyrian Catalog The Dominican Republic is the world's leading producer of quality cigars, currently exporting more than 350 million cigars annually, and is considered the Country of cigars. The careful management of the crops and the innovative attitude of the producers have caused cigars from the Dominican Republic to receive numerous praises from cigar lovers around the world. In the interior of the Dominican Republic, the Cibao Valley is located, considered one of the largest tobacco plantations in the world and whose expert harvesters have been working the tobacco plant with excellence for centuries, obtaining a product of superior quality, thus being excellent raw material for production of our artisanal cigars or cigars. A cigar is made up of three types of leaves with different characteristics and therefore fulfills very particular functions. These leaves, from the outside in, are given the following names: ✓ Layer or wrapper ✓ Cape or hood ✓ Casing or filling In this material we will be learning about the different types of cigars and with them the differences in their texture.
